Police arrested a man they saw rolling a marijuana cigarette in front of the Hamilton County Courthouse in Downtown Cincinnati Friday afternoon.

Police say Quasean Marshall, 21, was seen on video surveillance rolling the joint just after 1 p.m. at the bus stop outside the courthouse and was arrested for possession of marijuana.

After he was taken into custody, a Hamilton County deputy found a loaded handgun with 60 rounds of ammunition in Marshall's book bag.

In addition to the possession of marijuana charge, Marshall faces a charge of carrying a concealed weapon.

Marshall's arraignment is scheduled for Saturday morning.
