Who won in the Colerain Township trustee race?

Colerain Township trustee candidates Jeff Ritter and Dan Unger talk with a candidate at White Oak Christian Church. Incumbent Ritter lost and Unger, who served on the Northwest Board of Education, was elected to the board of trustees.

Colerain Township voters rejected both incumbents endorsed by the GOP and elected Raj Rajagopal and Dan Unger to the board of trustees.

The unofficial count from the Hamilton County Board of elections was Raj Rajagopal with 5,984 votes, Dan Unger with 4,571 votes, Mike Inderhees with 3,307 votes, Jeff Ritter with 3,307 votes and Bob Thinnes with 2,540 votes,

There are 40,514 registered voters in Colerain Township and 11,848 ballots voted for a turnout of  29.24 percent.
