N. Fairmount man charged in double shooting
Cincinnati police arrested and charged a North Fairmount man wanted in connection with a Monday double shooting in Walnut Hills.
Demico Phillips, 35, shot two women in the upper torso and arms, police said in court documents filed in Hamilton County Municipal Court.

The shooting happened at about 4:15 a.m. near McMillan Street and Gilbert Avenue. The women were found in two different locations: One on Gilbert Avenue near Kroger; the second, at a nearby bus stop.
The victims were identified in court documents as Keisha Manning and Tiair Price. A semi-automatic handgun was used in the shootings, police said.
Phillips is charged with two counts of felonious assault and one count of weapons under disability. He appeared in court Saturday morning and is being held on on a $1 million bond.
