The best news? They're all hiring, according to a list created by Fortune.com. 

Here's why these companies in the Buckeye State made the list (and it includes advantages like tuition assistance, professional development and in-house preschool.) 

None of the top 100 workplaces, by the way, are located in Indiana or Kentucky.
