Police have arrested a Westwood woman claiming she allowed her boyfriend to use her apartment, where she lived with two small children, to sell heroin.

Laretta Pruitt, 32, is facing two counts of endangering children and one count of permitting drug abuse.

Court documents state a 3-month-old and a 10-month-old lived in Pruitt's apartment with her when she arrested on Feb. 4 in her Queen City Avenue apartment.

Maurice Davis, who police said is Pruitt's boyfriend, was also arrested that day.

Davis, 36, is facing drug and weapons charges in addition to one count of endangering children.

Police reported that two firearms, heroin, scales and a heroin press were recovered from the residence at the time of the couple's arrest.

Both Pruitt and Davis have posted bond. Pruitt was released on $15,000 bond, while Davis was released on a $65,000 bond.

The grand jury is expected to report on both cases Tuesday.
