Cincinnati makes Amazon's most romantic list

Who could pass up a heart-shaped treat of blood and peanut butter the day before Valentine's Day? Not Nubo, the Cincinnati Zoo's male snow leopard. The treat was part of the "Love is in the Air" Valentine's Day-themed enrichment day at the zoo last year.

Amazon's annual list of the 20 most romantic American cities rated the Queen City as sixth best by the online retailer's measurement of affection.

The list is determined by sales data from cities with populations greater than 100,000 including purchases of romance novels, relationship books, romantic music, romantic comedy movies and sexual wellness products. Rather than measuring how many people are recreating romantic moments from the film "Sleepless in Seattle," Amazon measures affairs of the heart by those potentially watching the movie while reading "50 Shades of Gray."
