Missouri man dies at Bengals game

A Springfield, Mo., man died Sunday during the game between the Cincinnati Bengals and Kansas City Chiefs at Paul Brown Stadium.

The man suffered from a medical issue in a stadium bathroom and fell to the ground.

Police and stadium first care responded to the incident a little after 3 p.m.The man was pronounced dead upon arrival at Christ Hospital, the Bengals confirmed.

Cincinnati police and fire were not immediately able to comment Sunday evening.
