A Westwood man is accused of shooting someone in West End on Friday, four days after he was convicted for felony drug possession.

Raheem Harrison, 20, is accused of shooting Don Collins in the 1900 block of Linn Street around 3 p.m. on Friday, police said.

Collins identified Harrison as the shooter and picked him out of a police lineup, according to court documents.

On Monday, Harrison stood in the Hamilton County Courthouse and was sentenced to three years of community control for possessing crack cocaine during a traffic stop, according to court documents. He was also accused of trafficking in drugs but that charge was dismissed.

Harrison is now accused of carrying a concealed weapon, felonious assault, and having weapons while under disability for his alleged involvement in Friday's shooting.

He is scheduled to appear in court on Saturday.
