NEWPORT – Four new retailers are headed for Newport Pavilion, leaving just one space to fill before the urban shopping center is full.

European Wax Center, Massage Envy, The UPS Store and Domino’s are the latest tenants to sign leases for space in the popular shopping spot in Newport.

Inland Real Estate Corp. announced Tuesday that the national retailers will join Newport Pavilion “soon” but was not specific about any opening dates.

The signing of the four leases leaves just one 3,390-square-foot space available, according to Inland.

Mike Fitzgerald, vice president and director of leasing for Inland, said the newly leased retailers enhance the tenant list at the shopping center, which opened in 2009 and has become a draw for urban shoppers.

The Enquirer reported Sunday that Newport Pavilion was close to reaching its capacity.
