Cincinnati
Two people were transported to UC Medical Center after being shot in Walnut Hills Tuesday afternoon, police said.
Police responded to Ashland Avenue and Myrtle Avenue in Walnut Hills around 4 p.m. after hearing reports of a shooting.
Police believe four individuals were arguing – possibly about money – when one individual shot a man and a woman.
The man was shot in the abdomen and leg and the woman was shot in the chest, Cincinnati police Capt. Maris Herold said.
The two victims were transported to UC Medical Center where they underwent surgery, Herold said.
Police talked to witnesses and have a description of the suspect. K-9 units searched the area Tuesday afternoon looking for the person.
