Teen accused of giving students, teacher pot brownies
A Springboro High School student accused of bringing weed brownies to school in April was indicted Monday.
Police believe Edward Goschinski III, 19, passed out brownies laced with marijuana to at least four students and one teacher on April 10.
Goschinski confessed to preparing and distributing the brownies, according to a search warrant obtained by The Enquirer.
It is not clear if the teacher knew the brownie he or she ate was laced with marijuana. Springboro Community City Schools Superintendent Todd Petrey could not immediately be reach for comment.
Goschinski is charged with felonies for corrupting another with drugs, possession of hashish and trafficking in hashish. Goschinski also is charged with three misdemeanor counts of contributing to the unruliness or delinquency of a child.
He is scheduled to appear in court Aug. 28.
