Former President Bill Clinton will be holding a Get Out The Vote event Friday at 3 p.m. at the Clifton Cultural Arts Center to encourage supporters to vote for his wife, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, in the Ohio primary March 15. He will also be taking advantage of early voting, which begins Feb. 17.

Clinton is scheduled to discuss what's at stake this election and lay out why Hillary Clinton is the best candidate for the job.

Doors for the event open at 2 p.m. Members of the public who would like to RSVP can do so here.

Motorists traveling sections of U.S. 50/Columbia Parkway, Linwood Avenue, William Howard Taft Drive, Victory Parkway, Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and Clifton Avenue around the time of the event may experience road closures and delays.

Clinton is also scheduled to host a fundraiser Friday at the Contemporary Arts Center in Downtown Cincinnati. That event will take place at 11:30 a.m.
