A worker walks past the window of the city's third street car, which features the "C" logo, which was not included on the first two cars. The car was rolled from a trailer onto the tracks at the north end of Race Street. The City of Cincinnati is set to receive the third of five streetcar vehicles Thursday afternoon.

The latest vehicle delivered from Elmira Heights, New York is coming with a classic decorative feature on its exterior.

Structurally, the body of the third streetcar appears to be the same as the previous two that were delivered.

Unlike the previous two cars delivered last fall, though, the word "CINCINNATI" adorns the middle section of the streetcar, hearkening back to the days of old passenger rail car exterior decorations.

Delivery of the streetcar vehicle is expected between noon and 4 p.m., according to city officials, and road closures will result.

Race Street will close from Findlay Street to McMicken Avenue, and Henry Street will close from Elm Street to Race Street.
