Police arrested a South Fairmont man on 14 counts of criminal damaging or endangering from graffiti Monday.

Brandon Jones, 21, allegedly approached a graffiti removal team in April to ask why they were removing his tag from a building in the 2000 block of Harrison Avenue, according to court documents.

During his arrest, police said Jones admitted to tagging several properties in South Fairmont with the tag, "Brando."

Jones also is accused of theft and possession of drug abuse instruments.

He is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday.
