The Reds honored longtime clubhouse manager Bernie Stowe in a postgame ceremony along with Reds Hall of Famers and alumni Johnny Bench (left) and Tommy Helms, along with others, at Great American Ball Park in 2008.

The Cincinnati Reds Tweeted that a sticker honoring longtime Reds clubhouse manager Bernie Stowe, who passed away Tuesday at age 80, graces the No. 47 A.J. Allmendinger Kroger car in advance of next weekend's Daytona 500.

The Tweet from @Reds:

Doc: Rose recalls memories Stowe made, not forgot

Reds Hall of Famer and National Hall of Fame electee Ken Griffey Jr. will wave the green flag for the race.

The Reds also Tweeted on Saturday that the team's truck arrived in Goodyear, Arizona, where pitchers and catchers are set to report on Thursday (Feb. 18).
