Don't get use to the sunny skies and beautiful weather quite yet.

There's a 100 percent chance of rain Sunday, with showers expected to start around 10 a.m.

Showers will continue into the evening, with a 60 percent chance of rain Sunday night. Thunderstorms are also expected Sunday evening until 2 a.m. Monday.

Greater Cincinnati is expected to receive between 1/2 inch and 3/4 of an inch, according to the National Weather Service.

Rain and thunderstorms will continue into the day Monday, with skies expected to clear Tuesday.

Extended forecast:

Sunday: Showers, mainly after 10 a.m. Thunderstorms are expected throughout the evening. High near 69 degrees and low around 57 degrees.

Monday: A 70 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Cloudy with a high near 67 degrees and low around 43 degrees.

Tuesday: Mostly sunny with a high near 62 degrees and low around 43 degrees. Chance of precipitation in the evening is 20 percent.

Wednesday: A 30 percent chance of showers. Mostly cloudy with a high near 61 degrees and low around 41 degrees.

Thursday: Mostly sunny with a high near 59 degrees and low around 40 degrees.

Friday: Partly sunny with a high around 60 degrees and low around 41 degrees.
