Are you the next big thing in journalism?

The Enquirer has partnered with Broadway in Cincinnati to celebrate the next generation of journalists.

We’ll pick 25 high school students who will each score a pair of tickets (you and a chaperon) to the opening night of Broadway in Cincinnati’s 'Newsies' on March 1. The students will join The Enquirer’s arts reporter, Carol Motsinger, to interview a cast member behind the scenes.

The students will be invited to submit a feature article, based on the performance and that interview. We’ll review all entries and publish at least one student’s article, with byline, in The Enquirer and Cincinnati.com.

Here’s what you need to know to enter:

• It’s easy to enter: Just tell us why local news matters in a post on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter.
• Use #CincyNewsies somewhere in your post. 
• Make sure your post is set to public so we can find it.
• You must be a high school student in Greater Cincinnati, Southeastern Indiana, or Northern Kentucky.
• Entries close 10 p.m. Feb. 14
