Police searching for Kennedy Heights shooting suspect

Police are searching for a suspect after responding to a shooting Monday night in Kennedy Heights, police confirmed to The Enquirer.

An unidentified male juvenile was reported shot in his side at approximately 8:30 p.m. in the 6700 block of Kennedy Avenue. The alleged shooter, believed to be a male juvenile, fled the scene, police said.

Police could not confirm the victim's status.
