A man who was convicted of stalking a North Avondale Montessori teacher is now accused of sending a suspicious package that evacuated the school last week.

Cincinnati police issued a warrant for Theodore Hoying, 55, accused of sending a package to the school addressed to the teacher he was convicted of stalking in January 2014, according to court documents.

The package contained multiple items that prompted authorities to evacuate the school around 11:15 a.m Aug. 25.

Hoying is under a court order to not have any contact with the teacher.

He admitted to sending the package and listed his Minster, Ohio, address on it, according to court documents.

Hoying was arrested on Aug. 26 and is being held in the Auglaize County jail for violating his probation.

Hoying is accused of inducing panic, violating a protection order, and menacing by stalking.
