A Westwood man was arrested and charged for three August burglaries in Delhi, police said.

Mark Muddiman, 46, was arrested by Delhi police last week, according to a press release issued by the department. He is facing three counts of burglary and is being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center on a $100,000 bond.

Delhi officials said Muddiman was arrested last week and admitted to a burglary on Foley Road that occurred on Aug. 5. He was arraigned for that charge Thursday.

Police said they believe they have enough evidence to link Muddiman to two other burglaries: a second Aug. 5 incident on Anderson Ferry Road and an Aug. 22 burglary on Kincardine Drive. He was charged with those offenses Tuesday.

Muddiman is scheduled to be arraigned for the two additional burglary charges on Wednesday.

Muddiman took jewelry and an air compressor, which he sold to a pawn shop, according to a court affidavit.

Police allege he also took knives, a watch and a credit card, which he used for several purchases the night of the Foley Road burglary.

Muddiman was sentenced to a year in jail in 2007 after two theft convictions, according to court records. He posed as a worker for a company he had previously worked for to obtain thousands of dollars of electrical wiring and supplies.

He was also sentenced to three years probation in 2013 after being convicted for a November 2012 burglary, the records state.
