MadTree Summer Bonanza coming Saturday

MadTree Brewing’s annual Winter Bonanza gets a warm-weather counterpart with the first-ever MadTree Summer Bonanza this Saturday.

About 60 beers from MadTree and other breweries will be on tap at different times throughout the day.

Food will be available from Catch-a-Fire Pizza, Red Sesame Korean BBQ/Taco, C’est Cheese Food Truck, Maribelle’s eat + drink and Streetpops.

Music, provided by bands and DJs, will be offered throughout the day.

Bands (playing in the warehouse) are:

• 12 p.m.: Cody J. Martin

• 2 p.m.: 46 Long

• 4 p.m.: Sweet and the Sweet Sweets

• 5 p.m.: Cereal Killers

• 7 p.m.: Founding Fathers

• 8 p.m.: DAAP Girls

• 10:30 p.m.: The Almighty Get Down

DJs are:

• 12 p.m.: Melvin Dillon–DJ Soul Step

• 3 p.m.: David Corns–Sabastooge

• 6 p.m.: Elizabeth Park–DJ Spam

• 9 p.m.: Jackson Travis Rouse–Jackson

A portion of the event’s proceeds will be donated to charities.

MadTree is at 5164 Kennedy Ave. in Columbia Township. Parking will be available at Fifth Third, 5001 Kingsley Drive, or MedPace, 5375 MedPace Way, with a shuttle running from noon to 1 a.m.
