Suspect in stolen car escapes police

A suspect in what may be a stolen car evaded police Tuesday morning after leading authorities on a brief chase from Delhi Township into Green Township, officials said.

The driver bailed from his vehicle around 4:30 a.m. near Muddy Creek Road and Westbourne Drive, a Hamilton County dispatcher said.

Police called in a K-9 to track the suspect but were unable to find him, according to emergency communication reports.

Police began pursing the suspect in Delhi Township near Faysel Drive because the vehicle matched the description of a stolen vehicle out of Addyston, according to emergency communications reports.
