Deputy: Inmate hit jailer with urine-soaked clothes

An inmate at the Hamilton County Justice Center was arrested again Friday evening after swinging his urine-soaked clothing at a deputy, according to arrest records.

James Witterstaetter, 26, of Cincinnati, was serving time at the jail for theft, obstructing official business, resisting arrest and assault charges when he was arrested at the jail Friday.

Witterstaetter caused a deputy jailer to come into contact with his urine "by swinging urine baked (sic) clothing at him," arrest records state.

He was charged with assault on a peace officer, a fifth-degree felony, and harassment with a bodily substance.

Witterstaetter was arraigned in court Saturday morning.
