Roebling Suspension Bridge closed today

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet announced that the Roebling Suspension Bridge will be closed from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday.

Construction crews will be installing new pavement on the Ohio side of the bridge, and officials are advising motorists to seek alternate routes around the bridge.

While the construction is scheduled to be completed Tuesday, the work could be delayed or rescheduled due to weather.
