Old Firehouse Brewery expands throughout Ohio
Old Firehouse Brewery, which opened a little less than a year ago in the Clermont County village of Williamsburg, will be selling its beer throughout the state of Ohio beginning Tuesday.
Cincinnati-based Cavalier Distributing will distribute the craft brewery's core beers: Pin-Up Girl (American blonde ale), Code 3 (red ale), Flash Point (East Coast-style IPA), Probie Porter (chocolate/coffee porter) and Hoser Gose (wheat gose). Seasonal and limited-edition brews will be available in the market as production allows.
"We're excited to increase our distribution map," Adam Cowan, who owns the brewery with his wife, Lori Ward, said in a news release. "Cavalier has done a great job of getting us into the Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus and Toledo markets."
Cowan and Ward are also physically expanding the brewery, located at 237 W. Main St. in Williamsburg: They're currently in the process of buying additional buildings adjacent to the existing one, and expect to close on those deals this fall. Specific details as to how the additional space will be used have not yet been finalized.
Also in the works: A celebration of the brewery's one-year anniversary, coming Sept. 26. Details are still TBA.
