That is Eric Nally's grand entrance into Macklemore's "Downtown" music video. Nally, known for his high-energy performances and high-pitched voice, was the lead singer for local rock band Foxy Shazam before the group disbanded indefinitely in October 2014.

Hip-hop duo Macklemore and Ryan Lewis recently released "Downtown" which features Nash, and rap figures Kool Moe Dee, Melle Mel, and Grandmaster Caz.

You can witness Nash's grand entrance around the 1:45 minute-mark in the music video. Also making a cameo appearance in the video is former Reds outfield Ken Griffey Jr.
